The NEXT PUR melting systems were designed to melt PUR adhesives in aluminum foil in an airtight manner and convey them to an edge banding machine. No additional gases such as nitrogen or similar are required. The adhesive can remain in the melting systems for several weeks without any problems. The machines are suitable for filling any edge banding machine.

The FE-MA-TECH 2kg NEXT PUR is a bag melter that has been specially developed for applications with low up to medium glue consumption. The device has a connected load of 2.0 kW and a maximum melting capacity of up to 2 liter/h. It weighs around 70kg and has a gear pump with a nominal speed of 93 rpm and precise PT100 temperature sensors for accurate control of the heating zones. Power supply: 400V
The FE-MA-TECH PUR eSmart 20 kg bag melter is suitable for 18 to 20 kg aluminum bag containers and has a connected load of 6.1 kW. With a maximum melting capacity of up to 15 kg/h and precise temperature controls, the device is ideal for large-volume applications. It has two separately adjustable heating zones in the appliance and four external heaters to ensure optimum processing of the adhesive
The FE-MA-TECH PUR CC Melter is a melter that can process two different colors simultaneously, ideal for quick color changes. The device works with a connected load of 4.9 kW and has a melting capacity of up to 2 kg/h per color. It is equipped with two gear pumps and precise PT100 temperature sensors, which enable the heating zones to be precisely controlled.
