The FE-MA-TECH Gluepatrol is an innovative fill level control with which you can continuously adjust the adhesive fill level of your glue application to suit your individual production.
The device replaces the conventional fill level sensor and the switching amplifier above the glue unit. The fill level can continuously adjusted from 0-100% in the glue unit by using a slider. Thanks to the extremely robust Teflon-coated steel probe, incorrect measurements are avoided. Different fill levels can be set for different days and times by using a timer. This means that your glue unit always has exactly the fresh adhesive it needs at the moment. At the end of the shift, the glue unti can be emptied in a controlled manner. This significantly reduces adhesive waste.
